Hello, I live in Liberty and read your article on the Odd Fellows home. I've lived here all my life and seen the place make lots of changes, and just driving by used to give me the creeps. I think since all the remodeling the entities have moved on, it doesn't seem as macabre as it used to.
On another note, there is a small cemetary down the street from me, I have visited it several times during the day and read the headstones, most are very young children( one was barely a week old). One headstone simply says "Pocahontas".
I visited there one night with my camera and got a few orbs. When I left I heard the worst noise ever, kind of like a scream, couldn't tell if it was human or animal, needless to say I had enough and went home.
I am curious about the history of this cemetary but there is nothing on the internet about it. Maybe you can help.
The name is Chandler Historic Cemetary. It is off Chandler Road, North 33 hwy, in Liberty, Mo. There is a gravel drive that leads to a residence and the cemetary is right there off the road.
