Investigations...
Managed by the Lead Investigators (LI). The LI determines availability of Team members and staffs the investigation based on that and type of paranormal activity indicated by Case Management. The LI establishes the desired goals and investigative approach for each incident. Coordinates with the Tech Crew on the best equipment to bring and who will use it, and how. Also responsible for teaching new investigators Team technique and investigation protocol. Investigators follow the direction of the LI. They also assist the Tech Crew is set up and break down of equipment. Assist in teaching new investigators.
Case Management...all cases offered up for investigation are processed thru the Case Manager (CM). The CM establishes a case number and opens a file and initiates an information worksheet on the site. The CM is the individual to contact the client and coordinate between the client and the team. Also, the CM keeps the Team's Calendar updated and coordinates with the Lead Investigator on staffing the investigation. The CM also briefs the Team on the investigation site, including the alleged paranormal activity. Research and documentation are also a function of Case Management. CM also debriefs the Team after an investigation. Also, is assisted by LI in putting together & presenting the evidential casebook to the client.
Tech Crew (TC)....maintains inventory of Team equipment, assists the LI in determining what the best equipment is for a particular investigation, responsible for teach proper use of equipment to new investigators. Installs and breaks down CCTV's, etc for each investigation. Tech Crew can also be an Investigator.
Evidence Management (EM).....collects all forms of evidence gathered by each Team member on an investigation, classifying and documenting it properly. EM will analyze the evidence and present the LI with the best documentable evidence collected from the investigation.
