CCPRS Visit Webb House

CCPRS investigation of an 100 year old farm house currently undergoing renovations. 
The history on the property had been completed previously by CCPRS Debbe Miller for prior investigations.  

CCPRS’ arrival on the site and departure times were 7pm and 2am.   The temperature outside ranged between 60° as the high and 34° as the low. 

The team did a walk through of the residence and the surrounding property sweeping for EMF baselines and noted high/ or spiked EMF readings.  A baseline EMF was recorded in each room of the farm house prior to starting our session. 

Equipment used during this investigation were: walkie-talkies; EMF detector; 3 digital recorders; 2 video cameras with night vision; 3 digital cameras; 3 film cameras; a toy flashlight and 2 balls-flashlights.


CCPRS began it’s actual investigation at 7:35 pm.   As you can no doubt see from the above time, our investigation was 7-hours long.  Therefore, it took some time for the team to collect and input all of the evidence collected and then evaluated prior to our closing of the investigation and meeting with the owner of the residence to review the findings.

CCPRS Finding and Final Report

INVESTIGATION 1:

Oct 2008 the evidence collected based on EVP’s, E.M.F’s. The evidence of EMF readings were not present, No paranormal photographs were captured. However the EVP’s collected were Class A and Class B’s, the disembodied voices captured were a Male by the name of Hector, a Female, playing a piano and singing as well as humming. Additional EVP’s captured two, possible three children in parlor, living room and outside near big oak tree.

During this investigation, Debbe was touched in the parlor as well as class A EVP’s from two recorders captured both male and female disembodies voices, in conversation with each other on how to touch Debbe and where to touch Debbe. Other experiences were shadows, heavy boots walking on the floor as well as humming, singing and a child’s laughter.

Notes: Client had been remodeling since April of 2008 this could explain the EVP’s captured on audio.

 

INVESTIGATION 2:

Jan 2009, during this investigation produced a limited amount EVP’s captured. EMF detector readings showed numerous fluctuations between 2.0 to 6.0 in every room within the house, as if the spirit/s only observing us and watching us from room to room. Disembodies voices captured on this investigation some were from the original investigation and other seems to be said as a group at the same time in unison. As far a hearing a piano or singing none were captured, as well as no supporting photos captured. In this investigation we found the hallway had high EMF responses which appeared to the investigators to be interacting by displaying spikes and lights (green to red) on the EMF within the rooms of the house throughout the night’s investigation.

Notes: Client had not been remodeling due to the weather conditions and the house had been closed up for the winter, could this explain the lack of EVP’s and explain the high EMF readings?

 

INVESTIGATION 3:

April 11th 2009, the evidence collected on this visit were High EMF spikes and high number of EVP’s and photographs with orbs and mists in the room with the attic. The hallway was also a hot spot for high EMF readings as well as the dinning room and outside near the big oak tree. The EMF responses in the dining room spike from a 4.0 to a 7.0 when the investigator Julie asked the spirit if she could move closer and took a step the EMF detector went to 0.0. A sweep of that area within a 5 feet parameter shows no EMF readings. Whatever had been in this area was now gone. In addition a high EMF spike was captured near the big oak tree outside, Julie had a reading of 3.0 to 4.0 and seemed to be the presences of a child, Debbe crouched down next to the presences hoping to capture EVP’s but within seconds after the team began to ask question the EMF detector went to 0.0. And a sweeps of the area within a 5 feet parameter show no EMF readings. A ball was used in the living room; the results are inconclusive however EVP’s captured a giggling child and whispers.

There were many shadows, piano banging sounds, foot steps and touching of investigators hair on three of the team’s investigators.

Notes: Client has been remodeling in the house for two weeks prior to the investigation.

 

Clay County Paranormal Research Society Final Report:

Based on the evidence collect from three investigations,

 “Electronic Voice Phenomena, Electro Magnetic Fields and Photographs”

CCPRS has concluded,  

             The 100 year old farm house owned by Mr. Webb, holds  

                                      “Paranormal Activity ”

EVPS captured during investigation, the selections are of Male voice, Female voice and children' s voices, the most remarkable EVP to date is clip 12 where you hear the name "ELLA" the name Ella appears in the historical findings done on the first investigation on Oct 2008, the orginial owners of this house dates back to the late 1890's, census records shows in the 1900's an Elmer and Ella Balkey are listed at located owned by Mr. Webb. Records also indicted that Ella died in the house while living with her son Harley Balkey.

In clip 42, you will hear what sounds to be a seem to be a banging sound on the keys of a piano, however this is a vacant house and no piano is present. We could find no explaination for the sound captured on the EVP, and we did not hear the sound during our investigation therefore we cannot explain it.

Ella maiden name Zug was from PA born 30 Sep 1875 died at the house of son Harvey on 15 Jun 1959 Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri 64117 due to privacy issues the address cannot be displayed but it is The House at 35th and Monroe “The Webb House”

Photos: Unexplained Photos captured

The following pictures were taken during the investigation the first two are from the bedroom looking up to the attic.

Pictures 3-4-5 are taken inside the bedroom looking towards the hallway and 2nd bedroom it appears to be a mist and a white ball of light that has moved these were taken within seconds of each other. Upon further investigation our team could not find any explaination for the finds on this photo, it is unknown whether it is a mist or paranormal but please feel free to contact us and tell us what you think.


Pictures 6 were taken when we heard this door rattling...Julies snapped a quick photo; we could not explain why this door was ajar or why it rattled. Or what the spots are on the photos

Picture 7 is a high EMF reading Dori got on the front porch and photos number 8 is the hallway when Julie got a high EMF spike (7.0)


These photos are unexplained  activity taken during our investigation of the webb house, we cannot say that it is paranormal...however we are committed to reporting any findings that are unexplained or unusual and let the on lookers decided for themselves.
